My experience
As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I have worked in an NHS service where I have gained a wealth of knowledge with supporting people with Depression and Anxiety, which includes, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety, Health anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Panic.
I have further training in Compassionate Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Mindfulness which we can integrate into the sessions to support you further.
I have a particular interest in working with people struggling with Anxiety or Low self-esteem and have seen many positive outcomes with the clients that I have worked with.
I have further training in Neurodiversity and can offer adapted CBT for people diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or as Autistic. I can also offer adapted CBT to people who are not diagnosed but are struggling with Autistic traits or symptoms of ADHD.
I support members of the LGBTQIA+ community and I ensure that I keep up to date on all relevant information.
